Playoff Game

Since football season started in August, we have had a watch party every Sunday night plus the night the Cowboys played. It was lots of fun! Caleb and his best friends went to the Cowboy playoff game tonight. They had an absolute ball. It was a very impressive game that definitely kept us on our toes. #wedemboyz

Family Night

The three of us headed to our favorite dinner tonight at Oceanaire inside the Galleria. Caleb and I love to splurge at this place. It is absolutely delightful. While we were there, we remembered that this exact weekend last year we were celebrating Georgia being one week old with my family. How time flies!
Before going in we tried to take a picture in front of the tree. You can see how that turned out. GC is hit or miss on photos.

Going to eat with a one year old is quite risky to say the least, especially at a nice restaurant. Well we sat down and while we were waiting on GC's seat we let her stand in the booth. Before we could blink (of course) she climbed to the crack in between the booth and wall and completely fell between. As Caleb said, "I had to pick her up like a loaf of bread!" Oh my gosh. Yes it made it a loud noise and she screamed. We were those parents. It was great. :) She did recover quickly and was precious the rest of dinner. Probably due to the concussion she suffered. ;)
Big girl once we got home. She definitely looks like a one year old. The pjs are perfect! She is quite the monkey. Thanks aunt Claire for the birthday gift!

Some Quick Pics

Our sixth Christmas together

Caleb and I chose not to give gifts this year; however, Caleb gave me something anyways. So sweet, I know...but when we say no gifts, doesn't that mean no gifts. He gave me a sweet, sweet charm bracelet representing the three grandparents I have lost. It will always be a special present and something I will wear forever & always remind me of my grandparents.

We didn't see each other much because of the balancing act you have to do around the holidays. We are looking forward to the future when we have to go everywhere together. :0)

Don't you just love my new sweater? Me too. I love the colors, pattern, and everything about it!

Sisters on Christmas Eve morning - our Starbucks & opening one gift!

Some things never change .... the girls wanting to open a present! It doesn't take much to get my mom to let us either. She loves watching us open gifts! I wish I would of taken a picture of just our tree with the presents. We were spoiled this Christmas. Some of my favs were my sewing machine, pajamas, curling iron (more on that later) and blow dryer, and my Ihome for my classroom.

Molly, our 13 year old baby

Cam, or 'sister' the 6 year old baby

Dolly, the true "baby" - she is 10 going on 10 months

The road goes on FOREVER....

...BUT the relationship NEVER ends!!!!
This is exactly what I feel like right now.
Caleb just left Stillwater to
head back down I-35!
We had a great summer together & he was a huge help this week moving me into my house!
He played a lot of golf & I made a lot of crosses, organized & even made some scrumptious meals!
This will be our 4th year of long distance, while I wouldn't recommend a long distance relationship to anyone, it has worked for us. By the grace of God, I'm serious the. only. reason. we are still together. I love Caleb with my whole heart but we couldn't of made it the past 4.5 years without Jesus.
We are excited for this year--it will be full of surprises, sad times, happy times, laughter, tears, etc... but we are excited to tackle ONE more year of long distance! And I am so excited to say this is the last year we have to do it! :0)

I am sad he left, but the good news is I will see him in 16 days-
I'm not counting or anything!!!

Home Improvement 101

I'm thrilled to share with you pictures of my new room!
I moved back to Stillwater Saturday & thanks to help from dad, Carin & Caleb I am officially all moved in!

It took two hours longer to get to Stillwater because of a terrible wreck on I-35 causing the highway to be shut down. We were detoured to this lovely scenic view! :0)

We finally got to my house and unloaded. The guys began to put furniture together!

This is the bed my dad built for me when I was a little girl. I slept on it through middle school! I LOVE it. I wanted to use it one more year along with all the bedding I have used throughout college.

Are you ready to see the final product!?!?!

Entrance into my room!

Isn't she purty???

My closet is a lot bigger than I thought ~ now I can bring more up!

My desk we re-did! How great does it look? I am super proud of it~ You can't see the leopard knobs but they are there :0)

This was a Canton steal ~ the dresser & bedside table are both from Canton!

Well that's it!! What do you think? I LOVE it!!!

Caleb is in Stillwater for the week which makes me super happy!!!
He has been playing golf & I have been cleaning and making crosses!

Saturday night we went to the famous Eskimo Joe's for the 35th Anniversary!
We had fun ~ It was a great meal after a long day of hard work!

Pictures soon to come of the bathroom!!
It is cute, too! :0)
Have a great Monday ~

Love like Crazy

Here are some pics from my Sunday~

We woke up bright and early (5 AM to be exact) to watch Jacob, Caleb's youngest brother, compete in his fourth triathlon. He did sooo good! He is 16 years old and came in 2nd place in his age group and 19th/400 overall! We were highly impressed & very happy for Jacob. He is such a hard worker & deserves nothing but success!

This was right after he finished. A little fatigued and not quite in the picture taking mood!

After the race, we were all EXHAUSTED! After getting up so early & being in the Texas heat we were all pretty beat. I went home for a few hours and took a nap & got ready for the rest of the day!

Caleb turned 21 - we had a little family dinner for him! He didn't want to do anything big.
Today he went golfing with his 3 best friends. They had a great time!

His Cake - I just loved it! It was sooo YUMMY!!!!

The orange shirt I got him to wear golfing/to the OSU football games! :0)

His new visor that he loved!

And last but not least his NEW golf bag!!! I was worried it wouldn't be exactly what he wanted but he LOVED it! YAH! He also got lots of money & a new driver from his grandma.

Overall, he had a great 21st birthday & we had fun celebrating!

Make sure you check out Cross-Eyed Sisters ~ We have some great new pics in the Gallery!

Oh baby & baseball!

Yesterday was such a FUN day!
My great friend, Cami, had her 3rd precious angel. Sawyer Cate was born at 12:51 PM
weighing 6 pounds 12 oz. ~ She is beautiful & healthy!

I was blessed to be in the delivery room with Cami, along with all of her sisters, 2 best friends, mom and of course her husband! Cami is not shy & loves having her "cheerleaders" in the room! It was a true miracle watching Sawyer Cate come into this world. I was honored to be there & can't wait to watch her grow up! I know I will love her just as much as I love her sister and brother.

Here are some precious memories captured~
One of Cami's sisters and me right before delivery!

She came into this world very quiet, just like her big sis!

She is already loved by so many!

Big sister & brother, Gracie Sue & Landry! They both were a little star struck. I think it is hard for them to believe she is just magically here one day!

Gracie will be such a great big sister to Sawyer Cate!

Best Friend, Aimee!

Best Friend, Brenda!

Sweet family of five!

____

Last night, Caleb and I went to the Ranger's Game, in the pouring rain! It was so much fun. The Rangers had an 11 game winning streak going but of course they lost last night. Oh well, it was still a great night! After the game, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Caleb kept me up way past my bedtime last night but it was really fun! We laughed a lot & caught up because I hadn't seen him much this week. Love him!

We parked out in the boondocks (but we only payed $5) and rode on this fun, little bike to the stadium.
It was quite hilarious! And quite a workout for the lady riding the bike.
She said she likes the exercise?? Crazy!!

She told us she doesn't want to see her pic show up on facebook, myspace, or twitter!
Good thing she didn't say anything about my blog!! ;0)

We paid $10 a ticket for nose bleeds. Believe it or not, it ended up packed in the nose bleeds b/c of the rain. Probably the only time you ever WANT to sit up that high. I think it is a great view and I have a great view to people watch - one of my fav things to do. I should start calling it a hobby! Ha! And Caleb is just as bad. It is quite hilarious.

God sure does bless Texas, huh??
Beautiful!

Well that was my Friday in a nutshell. Fun day!
Oh yeah, I also stopped and bought a lemonade from 5 cute, little boys! It took me back to my childhood when I would sit in my front yard for HOURSE selling lemonade for 50 cents!

I am oh so blessed to have friends, family & a boyfriend who loves me unconditionally.

I have good news, Jenn is installing my blog tomorrow!!!! YAHHH! I saw the final draft and it is oh so complete! ;) I love it so & I hope you will too.
I know this white with funky colors is getting hard to look at.
I am also starting a CIRCUS this week - the day I chose is Monday & that's the
only hint I am giving right now.
Details to come tomorrow! ;0) Get excited, I think you will really like it!

Have a blessed day!
