Homemade Cinn Rolls

I didn't have cinnamon rolls to bake this morning so I decided to come up with my own recipe. Now, I'm sure someone has done this before but I am pretty proud of myself for not having to google the recipe. They ended up delicious!!!! You should try them for yourself!

Ingredients:
1 can of croissants
Cinnamon
Sugar
1 egg
Flour

Steps:
Lay out the croissants and stick pieces together to make a rectangle like shape. Flour each side lightly. Spread the egg over the top with a spoon. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to taste. Roll the croissants up like a roll. Cut into pieces - big, small, whatever. Pam cupcake pan. Stick each piece in a spot. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top. Place in freezer for 10 minutes, or so.
Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.

Icing with your favorite homemade or can icing.
They turned out really good~ Let me know what you think!
